Chrisney, IN- Harvey A. Moore Jr. “Skip”, 76, of Chrisney, Indiana passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at his home surrounded by family.
His father was a founding board Member of the Bread of Life Minisry, Inc
Harvey was born in Evansville, Indiana on June 28, 1948, to the late Harvey Alan Sr. and Lorida Jean (Stallings) Moore.

He even had the opportunity to babysit a few of his grandbabies over the years. It was common for him to show everyone pictures of his grandbabies when given the chance.
Harvey leaves behind many nieces and nephews that loved their “Uncle Skip” and will always remember his BBQ cookouts.
Harvey was brought up in church and was a follower of Christ. He loved having biblical discussions any chance he could with his family. The family would like to thank Pastor Lisa Resler for visiting with Harvey during his illness.
In addition to his parents, Harvey is preceded in death by his grandson, Henry Knepper, and special friend, Brother Bill Carlisle.
He is survived by his children, Desiree Richard (Mitchell), Sarah Simon (Matthew), Hannah Meadors (Andrew), Jessica Kincaid (Jonathon), Lydia Spurlock (Jerry), Harvey Moore III (Candice), and Jacob Moore (Krista); his grandchildren, Hunter and Jaxson Richard, Emma and Cole Simon, Maddie and Annabelle Knepper, Allie and Rachel Meadors, Wyatt and Miles Kincaid, Abigale, Peyton, and Mackenzie Spurlock, and Reese, Leland, Rylen, Grayson, and Emersyn Moore; his siblings, Linda Moore, Beverly Roach (David), and Terri Perkins; special friends, Bill & Peggy Lawson; and several extended family and friends.
Services are 10 A.M. Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Indiana with Pastor Lisa Resler officiating. Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery.
